Established in 2000, X-CAGO is a privately-owned technology company based in Roermond, The Netherlands, with sales offices in the USA and Australia.
X-CAGO’s software solutions manage growing volumes of media content by letting clients securely capture analogue (including paper and microfilm) and digital (including PDF and XML) documents, publications and information and organise and catalogue this information to deliver knowledge on demand.
In short, the software enables X-CAGO’s customers to capture, store and distribute content efficiently and securely. X-CAGO’s core software modules have underlying patents for their unique segmentation algorithms that deconstruct the layout of print pages whether they be from newspapers, magazines or books into individual constituents, i.e. articles and advertisements.
X-CAGO’S PRODUCT PORTFOLIO INCLUDES FIVE COMPETENCIES

X-CAGO currently processes more than 5,000 newspaper and magazine titles from PDF input files into one or more XML/JSON output formats. X-CAGO creates the most comprehensive output formats currently available on the Blickmarket. This includes patented technologies that extracts individual articles and advertisements.
