Doccodes

X-CAGO’s Doccodes Software enables Administrators to create a unique document code or tag, called ‘Doccodes’ and add them to individual content items. Although Archive ExPress has a powerful search engine, X-CAGO recognises that some clients may wish to code or tag content in addition which can be achieved using the Doccode Software. Administrators can maintain a list of their Doccodes in a table meaning that once the applicable content is tagged using Doccodes, it will be indexed and found by the search engine. Doccodes can also be used in profiles created with the Profiler Software.
