KOOS HUSSEM
Koos is the CEO of X-CAGO. Born in Heerlen, the Netherlands, Koos studied at the universities of Amsterdam and Nijmegen. After his studies, Koos worked as a freelance consultant for a number of multinational companies, with expertise in the field of digital archiving. In 1986 Koos founded his first company.
Koos brings his wealth of business experience, entrepreneurship and passion for media to X-CAGO - the company he founded in 2000. Koos regularly speaks at media and publishing conferences, where he provides insights into the print and digital media landscape.
INGO KÄSTNER
Ingo Kästner, the Managing Director of PMG Presse-Monitor since 2019 has played a pivotal role in the development of the Company, having joined the organization a few years after its founding in 2002. In the fields of digital media monitoring and the production of press clipping reviews,
Ingo has made PMG the leading company for publishers in the secondary marketing of their content. A native of Saxony-Anhalt, Ingo is aided by his focus, expertise and passion for numbers and his 75 strong team of dedicated specialists based in Berlin.
Britt Nollé is the Sales Manager at X-CAGO specialising in the English-language markets. In her role, Britt collaborates with international publishers, exploring opportunities for the repurposing of existing content and innovative solutions for content publishing. Originally trained in hospitality and the culinary world (for which Michelin stars are no stranger) Britt was inspired some 12 ½ years ago by her love for content and publishing where she witnessed X-CAGO’s capabilities and

approach in giving a second life to archival and historical content – both printed and digital. Britt’s project management expertise drives her to discover and unlock the potential for publishers to substantially add to their traditional revenue model. Britt now counts publishers spanning countries from the United States, England, Iceland and Trinidad among her diverse clientele. Britt firmly believes that 1 article can be sold in 100 different ways!
Based in Melbourne, and born in Sydney Australia, David is proud to have represented X-CAGO in Asia*Pacific as Regional Manager since 2014.
David has an extensive background spanning thirty years in executive management positions in media, live entertainment, arts, hospitality, tourism and sports with expertise in strategy, business development, client and relationship management, negotiation and business intelligence.
DAVID KRUG
David holds a number of Directorships in both a professional and volunteer capacity and has worked extensively in the media monitoring, intelligence and analysis sectors.
DJIM HUSSEM
Djim Hussem, Operations Manager at X-CAGO majored in History at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. Following his studies, Djim has held various positions at X-CAGO and has been working specifically in operations since 2022.
With a passion for health and fitness, in his spare time Djim can be most likely be found in a gym, on his motorcycle and (of course) spending time with his wife Daniëlle.
